Home / COVID-19: Continuity Assessment

In response to COVID-19, organizations have had to implement an enterprise-wide remote work policy. As the global workforce self-isolates, Corporate IT and network teams are working diligently to rapidly expand their remote access, security, and network infrastructure to adapt to the increased demand.

Challenges

The changes we have all had to make to support our user community could expose us to capacity, stability, and security risks. We need a way to detect, analyze, visualize, investigate, and respond to these risks.

Furthermore, we need to take the opportunity to collect historical information to properly capture data and characterize trends that will be invaluable for refining or developing our Business Continuity Plan for Infectious Disease Response.

Rest Assured®

NetCraftsmen’s COVID-19 response plan and Continuity Assessment can help customers:

  • Gain visibility on rapidly deployed remote access and network infrastructure.
  • Measure Remote Access availability and performance using on-premises and virtual agents deployed in any AWS hub.
  • Provide performance, threshold monitoring, and alert notification for remote access infrastructure.
  • Perform a SWOT evaluation of the network, security, and remote access infrastructure changes implemented in response to COVID-19.
  • Leverage custom scripts (Business Process Scripts) and automation to create custom measurements from any agent, such as measuring network “SpeedTest”, SSLVPN, and HTTP(s) application response.
  • Historical trending and reporting to ensure that the business understands how they can improve their Business Continuity Plan in the future.

Instrumentation can be deployed in 24 hours with data collection, analysis and meaningful data being generated within the first 7 days. Clients can choose to deploy the base Continuity Assessment solution for 90-days or take advantage of an annual subscription with NetCraftsmen’s EssentialsPlus Managed IT Service.
