BALTIMORE, MD – Recognizing his decade of technical contributions to the Infoblox Experts Community, NetCraftsmen Architect Marty Adkins received an award as the longest active member of the community at the inaugural Bloxfest user conference today.
Marty has published well over 100 articles and posts at http://community.infoblox.com/ since 2007, a feat that reflects both his passion for network engineering and for sharing his expertise with industry colleagues, a trait common to NetCraftsmen.
“We’re proud of the great work Marty does for his clients and for his efforts in helping to raise the level of technical expertise in our industry,” said Paul H. Mauritz, President and Chief Executive of NetCraftsmen. “We’re delighted to see him receive this honor from our partners at Infoblox.”
Infoblox builds networking technology to help increase the security, dynamism, and automation of modern IT infrastructure. Marty received his award from Infoblox CEO and President Jesper Andersen earlier today at Bloxfest.
Marty has also been named a founding member of Infoblox’s Customer Technical Advisory Board. And he will be co-presenting two technical presentations during Bloxfest: “Automating Network Change and Enforcing Network Configuration Policies with Infoblox NetMRI,” and “Best Practices for Network Device Discovery using Network Insight and NetMRI.”
“Marty has been a vital member of the Infoblox user community since its inception, and we’re grateful for his efforts in expanding our users’ knowledge of our solutions,” said Ashish Gupta, chief marketing officer of Infoblox. “We’re proud to recognize his contributions at Bloxfest, and proud to have an active community of thousands of customers who learn, share and support each other.”
