Chesapeake NetCraftsmen is extremely pleased to announce the release of “The Art of Network Architecture: Business-Driven Design” co-authored by Denise Donohue and Russ White. “The Art of Network Architecture” speaks to the blend of technical and business concerns that is so critical for today’s network architects and engineers to understand. Business relevance is critical for modern networks, and the driving force behind network improvements and enhancements. The book aims to help readers create network design solutions that that align with business strategy, supporting as well as transforming the business, while accommodating future changes as smoothly as possible. It drills down into network structures and topologies, while helping you understand how the choice of technologies and design paradigms will impact your business.
Denise Donohue puts these skills and knowledge to work in her role as a Sr. Solutions Architect for Chesapeake NetCraftsmen. She has worked in IT since the mid-1990s, focusing on network design since 2004. She has designed for a wide range of networks, private and public, of all sizes, across most industries. Denise is author or co-author of numerous Cisco Press books, and recently achieved Cisco’s new Business Value Practitioner certification. Understanding, and accounting for, business realities is just one of the many valuable services that Denise and all of our NetCraftsmen engineers provide to our customers.
