I have 19 years of experience in the industry and am highly qualified in Unified Communications and Collaboration technologies. As an Architect at NetCraftsmen, I have extensive hands-on experience in network, UC, and sales engineering providing the ability to assess customer needs, design enterprise solutions, and implement effective methods to deliver optimum results. As Regional Manager for Washington, DC I am responsible for client service engagement and resource delivery in support of their business goals and objectives to improve in operations.
