WHY NETCRAFTSMEN?

I love that NetCraftsmen has a unique, familial culture that we have managed to preserve, despite the company’s growth over the past several years. That culture and the unparalleled level of talent make it a pleasure to be fortunate enough to lead a material part of the NetCraftsmen team. Collectively, this lets us deliver at a very high level.

WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE PART ABOUT YOUR JOB?

I came to NetCraftsmen from a larger, corporate environment hoping to spend more time directly with employees and clients; I fortunately been able to realize that expectation. Most notably, I enjoy working with our employees to innovatively solve our clients’ challenges be they technical, business, and/or financial in nature. Along the way I enjoy mentoring our folks by sharing my experiences to help them grow and learn in ways that are not purely technical in nature.

WHAT DO YOU LIKE TO DO OUTSIDE OF WORK?

When not working at NetCraftsmen I spend time with my wife and daughters either boating near our home in Annapolis, MD, or in the outdoors at our cabin in West Virginia. I also have a passion for cars, restoring, buying/selling/flipping, and of course driving classic and performance vehicles.
