Baltimore, MD – NetCraftsmen is pleased to announce that four of its engineers have been selected as 2017 Cisco Champions. William Bell, Denise Donohue, Carole Warner Reece, and Peter Welcher join a global group of influential IT experts recognized for their passion, knowledge, and desire to share their perspectives with the Cisco community.
“This is a great honor for our engineers, and an award that showcases an essential part of our approach here at NetCraftsmen,” said Paul H. Mauritz, CEO of NetCraftsmen. “We believe that educating our clients is essential to their success, and we prioritize that knowledge transfer in all of our partnerships. The Cisco Champions recognition demonstrates our engineers’ commitment to that education process.”
The Cisco Champions program recognizes experts who make a difference in their communities and help others learn about Cisco by sharing their experiences on Cisco blogs, providing feedback to Cisco, and supporting their peers through social communities and other networks.
The program includes individuals with a range of interests across Cisco’s technology portfolio, including enterprise networks, collaboration, and security. Cisco Champions are chosen based on their expertise with IT and Cisco technologies, relevant activity on social media, and participation in conversations related to Cisco and the IT industry.
“We’re proud of William, Denise, Carole, and Peter,” said Mauritz, “and we applaud their dedication to enhancing the knowledge and level of technical expertise of our community.”
