The CIO of the Year ORBIE Awards are awarded each year by local chapters of Inspire CIO, a CIO peer networking organization. CIOs are nominated by business partners and colleagues. Finalist and winners are selected through a peer-review process of other CIOs including prior ORBIE winners.
