Andre Wright
Regional Manager

A Regional Manager with 15 years of extensive hands-on experience in network engineering, unified communications, administration, troubleshooting, and repair. He started his career in network engineering working with routers and switches, installing and supporting Cisco local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN). He currently specializes in working with clients to architect and design robust Unified Communications and Collaboration solutions. He is part of the core NetCraftsmen senior engineering and project leadership team and in that role he is responsible for managing all aspects of a solution from design to operations. He is also a subject matter expert on multiple E-911 solutions and SIP trunking.

Prior to NetCraftsmen, he was a Senior Consultant with Chesapeake Computer Consultants, Inc. and Mentor Technologies. His background spans a wide range of technical disciplines including performance management, networking, server administration, storage, virtualization, and unified communications. An expert in the design and operation of networking systems that support complex requirements, David loves solving technical challenges. He has been published in several books and magazine articles, and his current certifications include CCIE #2292 and CCDE #20120013.

In his position as Vice President of Operations, Larry is responsible for planning and overseeing delivery of the NetCraftsmen’s offerings to our clients. He has been in the IT industry for over 25 years and most recently led Operations for CGI’s State & Local Solutions program. Having worked in both small and large corporate environments, Larry’s background spans the solution lifecycle from business strategy and offering development through program and resource management, and ultimately both project and service delivery.  He has particular experience with managed and cloud services, repeatedly transitioning organizations to these higher value engagement models. Stacy Zupancic
Service Delivery and Project Manager

Stacy is responsible for working collaboratively with NetCraftsmen engineers, regional managers, operations teams and program management office to help deliver IT services and solutions to our commercial and non-DoD Federal clients. She provides overall project management functions including communications across all project stakeholders, initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing of projects.

Nick Kelly

Cybersecurity Engineer, Cisco

Nick has over 20 years of experience in Security Operations and Security Sales. He is an avid student of cybersecurity and regularly engages with the Infosec community at events like BSides, RVASec, Derbycon and more. The son of an FBI forensics director, Nick holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice and is one of Cisco’s Fire Jumper Elite members. When he’s not working, he writes cyberpunk and punches aliens on his Playstation.

Bong now works for Tech Data as the Field Solutions Architect with a focus on Cisco Security and holds a few Cisco certifications including Fire Jumper Elite.


John Cavanaugh

John is our CTO and the practice lead for a talented team of consultants focused on designing and delivering scalable and secure infrastructure solutions to customers across multiple industry verticals and technologies. Previously he has held several positions including Executive Director/Chief Architect for Global Network Services at JPMorgan Chase. In that capacity, he led a team managing network architecture and services.  Prior to his role at JPMorgan Chase, John was a Distinguished Engineer at Cisco working across a number of verticals including Higher Education, Finance, Retail, Government, and Health Care.

He is an expert in working with groups to identify business needs, and align technology strategies to enable business strategies, building in agility and scalability to allow for future changes. John is experienced in the architecture and design of highly available, secure, network infrastructure and data centers, and has worked on projects worldwide. He has worked in both the business and regulatory environments for the design and deployment of complex IT infrastructures.
